Are the short blocks for each year (01-03) of the LB7 the same?

How about the engines except for the accessories?

Are the installations in the 2500 and 3500 the same?

When you say all blocks are the same does that include. 04.05,06?

All model years to date can have the shortblock swapped. From there up there are several differences. The only thing that happens in the short block is that they used different pistons.

2001 - 2005 LB7 and LLY 17.5:1
2006 - up 16.8:1
