Just put two new KYB Monomax shocks on my 1 ton in the front, was going to go with Bilsteins but the KYB was a bit cheaper and advertised as being specifically for diesels and plow trucks. Well, I figured that they would ride better than the old worn out Gabriels I had on there, but I was still amazed at the difference. I can't believe I let them go so long! What a difference, I have a 5 mile ride to work on back roads, so I know every bump and hole and crack, and tonight I didn't feel any of them.

Just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone is looking for shocks, KYB has a big thumbs up from me. Or if you just are getting tired of banging down bumpy roads in a truck that feels old, you can make it ride like new again. I hunted quite a bit, best price I could find was from Summit. Can I say that here? I'm not posting a link so hopefully it's ok.

Now I just need to order a pair for the rear. Not as worried about the rear because the new airbags seem to have softened up the ride back there.

I run them on my van and they are at least equal to the yellow bilstiens
