My 95 burb I put an old pmd on it knowing it was probably bad or going bad,I have a spare located behind bumber. I was sitting at Walmart and the truck died tryed starting it nothing pluged in bumber mount pmd fired right up the question is with the old pmd my cruise control dosent work as soon as I plug in the other pmd it works fine?

A bad pmd can and will cause all sorts of issues including non-working cruise control. Chunk the bad one , order another spare and keep driving.

Ok question 2 I installed a triple gauge pod now the raido stoped working and my running lifhts are on

What gauges did you install and where did you tie into for them? Sounds like you crossed a wire for the gauge lights and a power wire for a ammeter maybe.

I used an add a circut into fuse pannel I am going to move my switched power wire today and see if that fixes it

So the only electrical you tied to was running lights for the gauges, right? Verify you have the correct wire and that you didn't tap the circuit for the radio remote (like to turn on an amp). Also could have shorted the running lights wire to the gauges and have knocked a connection to the radio while in the area routing lines.

First pull the fuse box connection you made and see what effect that has.
