Well ,I really have never driven my truck longer than say 3hrs or 50miles .

We just had a Blizzard up here and it snowed 21inches . I have two trucks on for the state and was plowing all night without a hitch, until around hour #16 then it all unfolded.
The truck stalled on me and thank god I was on a hill near a walmart plaza so i coasted in to the lot.:mad2: I let it sit for a few and it started up.
When the storm was all said and done i had plowed for 22 straight hrs. The truck stalled another time after the first and I had alot of Fish bites or hiccups. Also it had No power sometimes going up hills.

I was hesitant prior to this because I had no problems related to the PMD bu this definitely pushes me into buying the relocation kit and new PMD..

Glad it didn't leave you stranded

Almost ?? I was Shi* Bricks because I was still getting paid.

Let me tell you it was not an uneventful night to say the least.

My other truck is a Ford F350 7.3 TD. Right of the bat it blows a power steering line ( thank God I did'nt have to drive it.)We started at 1030 and around 530 my driver calls me stating the truck died. It was the alternator so the truck sat and I didn't get paid until we fixed it after the autoparts store opened at 9Am. It was fine after that but my truck blew a plow hydraulic line. thank god a buddy"s dad services Fisher's so he had a replacement..

Measure your fuel coming out of the t-handle just to be sure. You should get 1/liter minute with the engine off. Just so you don't get a PMD then get screwed next storm.

I'd think it was the fuel lift pump if I didn't replace it brand new 3 months ago along with sending unit, fuel lines and fuel manager and filter..
