I´ve gone Euro by way of Argentina. I just purchased a new VW Amarok 4x4 double cab 2.0 turbo diesel pick up. Its got traction control and electronic locking diff. 6 speed manual trans. The best part is it gets over 30 miles to a gallon.

So I just wanted to say thanks to everybody here that helped me with my sub. You all have been great! The sub will be sold soon.

Well, for one thing, you'd have a country full of Dealerships that wouldn't have the foggiest idea of how to work on it or get parts, most likely.

I ran into the parts problem on some "black market" heavy equipment over the years. There is a little Komatsu loader really close to my parking spot at work that falls into that category. It needs a master cylinder and if one can't be found in a month or so more, it is going to get some "customizing".
