Intercos discontinued? woe is me!

I have TrXus MTs on my dually in LT255/85R16. Want to start replacing them two at a time, all of a sudden the size is no longer listed on the websites of the online suppliers I generally check prices with. Called a couple places and they say it's no longer available to them, apparently discontinued in that size. I can understand it not being a huge seller because it is a unusual size, but I'm so bummed out. This was probably the best tire I ever owned. To make matters worse, if I can't buy the same tire, that means I have to replace all six at once!
Maxxis Bighorn is about the only other aggressive tire I can find in that size, price shopping those right now, but I'm not in love with the tread pattern. I know BFG makes that size, don't even get me started on BFG.

I would consider a bigger tire if I could find any, I was told a 9.00-16 would work on my wheels, but I can't find any anywhere. It needs to be very narrow, and as tall as possible. I don't want to go any shorter.

Start Burning Up Google, Ebay, Craigslist, anything you can think of to try and Find them New Old Stock.

If they were Discontinued Recently, you should be able to Find them.

Doesn't seem too Rare of a Size, while Looking through Google, it seems ALOT of Toyota, Jeep, and Land Rover Guys Run that Size.

Toyo M-55s, Toyo Open Country MTs...still looking, but I like Toyo tires and that size so I know they are made.

Michelin XZLs are in 9.00R16: http://www.expeditionexchange.com/michelin/ That's a tall skinny friggen tire, I think about 255-100R-16 in metric sizing. If I had a K/V-30 square body CC/DRW it'd be lifted with those tires.

Those Michelins look awesome, but I can't find them. The Intercos on ebay I saw also, but they are too much money. $70 more than all the retailers were sellingthem for, that's just a ripoff.

Ha, they prob. know they are Discontinued now, so they are gonna Gouge the Price, because if People need them, they're gonna Pay. :mad2::nono:

That sucks. I have the same problem. BF Goodrich All terrains in 35x12.0x16.5 are discontinued. I love my redneck wheels but anything 16.5 is getting near impossible to find.
