I called heath Diesel, but would also like to hear from people who have done this before.

I am getting rid of my Heath ECM (I got one months use from it) and need to know if it will work in another truck. Provided, the other truck has 3.73 gears, also has a 4L80E transmission, and has stock tire size like mine.

Obviously, the other truck will probably have to do a VATS relearn, and maybe a TDCO relearn.

Thanks

I haven't done it but from what I know it shouldn't be a problem if gears, tranny etc. are the same. The problems arose in 94 trucks where you could have 2 different IP's.
