Inspection hole covers

Is there supposed to be a cover on the adjustment hole, itself? Where can these be purchased? I have a tang broken off on one of the sight cover in the back plate where you can check for shoe contact.

Rubber replacements can be had. Dorman 'HELP' product. Not super important. Drums needs more ventilation anyway IMO.
