Injector tuning shims

As you might know ,last week I bought 40 new n/a injectors.:rolleyes5: I am going to buy a pop tester this week, hopefully, To reset the pop pressure higher. Does any one know where to buy a large assortment of the shim washers? The only thing I've found in 6 hours of google searching is a mersedes place that sells a 72 piece assortment of 24 different thickness for $128.
I haven't tried my local injection shop yet but i'm guessing they will be quite high also. As always, any help is greatly apperciated.

I can see myself whittling on shim stock in the workshop like a mad scientist. Heck if you are proficient with a lathe and drill rod, one could make a punch die to make all the shims needed.

you may be able to find valve spring shims in a close enough size, maybe for a motorcycle?

Are the shims for the delphi different than the bosch? You should have a lot of used injectors that you are replacing with those.

I have over 40 old bosch injectors. I plan to rebuild them with new nozzles some day. New nozzles are only $14 each for bosch. I'd like to just have the big assortment before I start and not have to measure each one . Measure and sort the old ones afterwards. There are 24 different thickness'. The shims are 10 or 11 mm od
