This one has me confused. I fixed the leaky end plug for the injector return lines and now when I start it up a hose will blow off on the passenger side. Anyone have any idea what the deal is?

Either the return line has a blockage or the hose that blows off is faulty, there shouldn't be much pressure in normal operation.

The hose always blows off the end injector with the plug and fuel drips from the hose. You can hear it go pop.

Try unplugging the return hose that goes to the fuel tank and blow through it to see if there is a restriction.
