Injector Pump Math Help Please

I am looking to make a math formula to calculate L/100km or MPG from GMTDScan all I need to had clarified is the Fuel Rate ie 33mm3 33 Cubic Millimeter per 1000 strokes?

I think a stroke is one cycle of IP or 1/2 of crank rpm. Not sure though.

Then too not 100% is injected. Just a bit of each pump to the injector is returned to the tank. Not sure if it is on the injector spring back or what but the injector pumps a little fuel out the return each open and close of the injector.
 
only way for you to get true fuel usage rate, is flow totalizer that shows fuel to engine less fuel not returned back to the tank, those aren't inexpensive. The displayed rate you see on a scanner is also a display of rate of commanded fuel not actual fuel thru the IP.

I will not try to talk you out of this calculation as I think it would be interesting to see how close to real MPG it is in normal driving. Of course full throttle operation will likely throw the accuracy off even more (due to wear and other factors in your pump).

To answer your question, no cubic millimeters is "actual" delivery per stroke. What you are thinking of is cubic centimeters (CC's) per 1000 strokes which is an alternate way of expressing the exact same volume of fuel.
