I can't find a tool to fit this for nothing, anyone know what it's called?

It's a octagon style pattern inside.

just take a small chisel/ or punch and pop that tit out of the center and use the correct allen wrench and you should be fine...

I believe they also go by the name of a safety torx bit. Only in this case its an allen head. I've had good luck taking a drill bit just slightly larger than the area between the allen head and that nub there and just let the bit go nuts. They break off surprisingly easily and it makes it far more serviceable after that. Just so long as its not an item that you want easily serviceable by the public lol
