Whenever you get a round tooit.

I dunno, would my '93 k3500 have a 241?

Should..

GM New Process 241 Transfer Case

In 1988, GM began using the NP241 transfer cases. Most of these units will be right hand drop, but Chevy also used a few left hand drop applications. The Chevy NP241 is supplied with a 27 spline female input or a 32 spline female input. With a T350, 4L60E or 700R4 tranny, it will be 27 spline. With a T400 or 4L80E trans or 5 speed, it will be 32 spline.

93's can also have a borg warner case, LIKE MINE :hihi: . I would like a DIY thread myself. I will be rebuilding the NP241 in Ol' Blue soon.

I haven't ever heard of BW's shift forks goin out (problem Ol' Blue has), I though i read that was a 241 thing. I haven't actually confirmed I have a 241 in Ol'Blue so who knows, GM did some funky mix and match stuff on these trucks.

Pump rub details and correction would be nice if it applies. Shift fork wear took out the t-case in my 1988 burb long ago.
