O M G, $16,000!?!
I passed on one here about 6 months ago with 200,000 miles for 4,500. It already had relocated pmd, new ip, 4" exh.
I would keep looking, but then again, the wife's new ride is a 05 Escalade - not a 6.5.

Am I off here?

No, I paid about 4k less for my Denali, with just over 100k miles
 
Yeah, I wouldn't call 150k low mileage. I know it's relatively low, but not low enough. $6k would be my max, especially if they're saying, "A couple grand in upgrades and you're good to go." Really? $16k and THEN $2k in upgrades?
 
Cannot see the listing, but from the limited information here so far, I'd pass on $16K especially if it is a stock LT.

Got mine for just under half that from a dealer that took it in trade about 5 years ago with 140K miles, the body and frame were good, but the PO was a heavy smoker. 20K miles later and I had to replace the motor.

If you going to come to Houston buy mine for $4500 only $$$$ amount in upgrades and your good to go.
Seriously for the difference you could drop a P400 and do a SAS conversion.

The upgrades were my list Fluidamper, FS2500, 4" stainless exhaust, Feed the beast, Change all fluids

I kind of have my heart set on finding a rust free 99. I have no intention of paying anywhere near his asking. But I'll have to see how low he would go. He's come down to $14000 so far LOL
