I can´t remember the name of the vendor that sold the dash board anle iron reinforcment chingaderas. It was flying something or another. Searched but came up dry.

Thanks gus

Thanks for that. Yes these roads have taken their toll on my dash. It looks like its gonna come off on some of the bad washboards, potholes, ect.

AL Diesel is right: Walking J.

The '95 dash is the worst for the rattle and shakes. My '99 is a much better design in this regard.

And you don't want to know how much one costs for a 95. I just did mine because it split all the wat from the windshield back, and it set me back over a gand for it and the speedo bezdel buying it at 15% over GM dealer cost. List price was $1200 for just the dash, and LMC wants almost $1300 for it. And to top it off the first one was cracked and I had to wait a week for a replacement to come in while my truck sat with the dash out.

Yes you can try and find one at a wrecker, but they were only made one year. Unfortunately, when my son rolled his '95 the dash was trash. Who woulda think that was a high dollar item from a wreck?

BTW his replacement Burb is a '94, same brown color as yours. Even has the "6.5 Turbo Diesel" decals on the hood.

Does the kid have any cool goodies left from the wreck?

What do you need?

PYO rims? In process of stripping and polishing those.

Seats? Grey cloth. Split bench front. Second and third row benches.

Doors? Have Driver's side front, both passenger side in white, straight.

We're keeping the engine, transmission and transfer case. We'll pull these in the next month or so and the rest is going to scrap.

2 years, 95 and 96 used the same dash. My replacement came in and was actually the 96 style because the tab to mount the turn signal flasher wasn't there, and I had to transfer over and modify a few other spots on it. And good luck looking for a used one. I had a friend that knows a lot of wrecking yards, and even after a year of looking we couldn't find one any better than mine. I almost bought the 97-00 style and put the cubby where the airbag would have been because I was having so much trouble finding a 95-96 dash.

Ferm, at the price you paid, you would have almost been better off buying another Burb:

$2,400 for this clean baby, kept in the SoCal desert, so no rust. I might have to go take a look at it.
