How accurate

Well the other day i logged my balance rates with a diagnostic tool they are all good just my fuel pressure is all over the place and been having the surge and i noticed the fuel pressure has completely droped out in a few lopes of the surge but anyways, How accurate is the sensor that the boost is read by the computer, at wide open throttle i can hit 38 psi of boost according to the scan tool and I thought max boost is like 40 i am alos running a 65hp predator tune. it seams to me my boost is high so how accurate is this sensor it would read from

38-14.7=23.3psi. You have to take in account the outside baro pressure

k thanks that helps a lot for a minute i thought it as over the proper amount of boost :doh: I thought that sensor read like a boost guage it had me scared don't need any meltdowns
