Oh that Jeep. :D I've given'er all I'm gonna giver at this point. Needs a windshield frame and windshield ,small chip,I figured I'd do both at the same time. Needs some minor body work but it's really in great shape.........

And then I went and bought a 72 Duster about a month or two ago. :doh:

Right now it's tore down to a shell. Was a full out caged race car. I'm putting it back on the street with a 340 .030 over Scat Stroked 4" all forged pieces with a 290's/508 lift cam! Edelbrock Ported heads ,I haven't quite decided on which intake or Carb just yet. Waiting for info from the builder on the head flow compression ratio and his recommendations. It will be balanced and blueprinted.

It'll cube out at 416 and should be in the minimum 500 HP range. ;)

Car is tubbed, light with a full fiberglass nose. Has a 727 reverse valvebody and a 4500 stall.

Think I'll be able to do wheelies? :eyebrows:


I've posted pictures elsewhere but me guess their not interested so I stopped.

In two weeks my body guy has completed just about all the hackjob the previous owner had done interior.

Picked up full quarter skins today. Don't need them full just need where he hacked up the wheels. Car is full framed and 95% solid.

Big bucks big project but it's gonna be cool!

I'm setting here thinking. Why go to this trouble to get you guys here and all the hard work and then just sell out. Doesn't seem senseable anymore.

If it get as BIG as the DP, I will hire somebody if I have to, not sell out! :cool:
