I need some help with tie rods, mine are shot and I want to upgrade to the Cognito HD's but I have been told they will rub if I don't have a lift. I'm running 285 75R16s with no lift at present. What do I need to do on a budget to install the cognito's?

No Lift needed. Just put them on. Pep has them on his truck '01 with no lift and he's lowered it a few times, on the bump stops, for drag racing. I'm sure he'll post up when he finishing cooking. ):h

^^^What he said^^^

I don't have an issue with mine rubbing at all...They are pretty beefy and I've had my Tbars cranked, lowered and in between all the while doing boosted launches and giving em' hell in the 1/4mi...I run 265/75/16's on the stock PYO's

I used to run 285's but when they wore out I went with the 265's cause I could get a load range E...

I see you are running aftermarket wheels...just make sure the offset (if not stock) will not affect the rim to tie rod end clearance...

It wouldn't hurt to talk with NorCal Nick to be safe though...
