I get codes 59, 75, and 81 on my truck and the transmission still wont shift and I just changed the shift solenoids.

DTC - 59 Trans fluid temp sensor circuit error (high voltage)

Should I change this sensor? Where the heck is it?

DTC - 75 Digital EGR solenoid #1 circuit error

I have a F engine with no egr so what teh heck is this?

I think 81 is from my blown brake line if Im correct.

Do diesels have different codes then a gasser?

This has been a while now right? Those are all tranny codes. I think we went through all the signals on the connector a long time ago, but I cant remember.

Yeah I just got back to working on it, I checked everything. I think I had the same codes before I changed the solenoids. I did everything last time that everyone said and still nothing.

Is there a ground strap someplace? The transmission case is grounded, while I was under there last time with the ohm meter I checked from the frame to the transmission and there was continuity. I followed the harness all the way down the back of the engine and found nothing. I also checked and cleaned every connection I found.

I also swaped TCMs with another truck and got the same codes with the same problems.

I think monday Ill see if I can find a new speed sensor.

how does wiring in pan look? what is voltage at connector, on wiring harness pin e(one by itself)?

Everything looked good inside the transmission, I will check pim E tomorrow. If I remember right there was 12v there last time i checked but I better check again.

Here are some pages of use for testing the TCM side of it. Its not one for one since you have a TCM and I have a PCM, but you can see what signals are supposed to be sent to the tranny. according to the tranny harness pin letters. If its too small to read just PM me.
