Heres the story -on the way to work @80mph I slow down for sun pass toll to 35mph then go to accelerate and @55mph or so the truck dies(running on WVO)

Pull over to nearest right-a-way and purge to diesel while trying to starting truck(normally takes 20 sec then starts up) - nothing.

Threw a bottle of water on PMD still nothing and continue every 5-6min and it did not start.

-There were some fishbites on the way up and my wvo fuel quality has been good.

codes were 29 32 33 42 44 45 49 78 84 81 92
then 44 45 only came up

-Fuel pressure gauge shows 6psi on both fuels
-I deleted vac pump, homemade turbo master max 10psi,
-wastegate solenoids deleted

I'm getting the batteries charged and will check for fuel @ injectors. And run thru the checklist when back in. THANKS ALL

NO Fuel @ injector. Code 44 45

PMD located on IP.

Put the bateries back in, and LP test passed, cracked an injector line - nothing came out while cranking.

Have code 44 45 again.

If I had to guess I would say it is either your PMD or your IP. You should really copy and paste the checklist with everything answered. I would start w/ your PMD since it is the cheapest thing. I would not mount it back on the IP since that is where it will come to an early death. It may have been dying and pouring h20 on it may have caused it a complete death if any of it penetrated the case. I would get a pmd ext. cable from pmdcable.com he is a site vendor. He may have a pmd's as well. Hope this helps.

44 and 45 are of no consequence, its because you got rid of the EGR solenoids which were next to the wastegate solenoid. It wont cause any problems, just annoying light.

Need to relocate PMD, should but one and make or buy a heatsink, having a spare is a smart thing. They are only $163 so why not? Better than getting stuck on road and tow bill.

Is there an SES light with IGN on Engine Off? GP/WTS light?

How does it crank? Does it turn over at all, not fire or smoke at all?

Problem Solved- PMD

It was the PMD.

And along with a fuel pressure gauge, every 6.5er needs AAA membership!

Thanks ALL!
