I have had my torsion bars cranked up some for some time now. buddy cranked his up the other day and it sat pretty high... so i cranked mine all the way up and backed the bolit down a half turn.. some times when i turn there is a poping sound coming from the front. what could this be? also my truck is a 04 and buddys it a 06 his still sits higher then mine and he still has the stock keys. If i was to buy the green keys can i get more lift out the front and put a 3" block in the back?

Did you check to see if you still have clearance between the tire and the air dam? That could be your popping sound.
BTW, The higher you go, the harder it is on the CV joints...

Check the bolts on your upper and lower control arms...I had one upper bolt loosen up and was causing a popping noise...
