Heath PMD kit showed up today

Picked up a nice big heavy package today.

The Heath PMD kit was inside.

Nice piece of kit. Big chunk of gold anodized aluminum.

DTech PMD.

Gonna pop that sucker on this weekend and see how long it lasts.

Hopefully, it'll be the last one for another10 years or so.

Even if it doesn't, 7 years of warranty is nothing to turn your nose up at.....

My Heath one went after about 2 yrs but I had sold the truck at that point and Bill honored the warranty for the new owner. Bill is stand up and you can never go wrong dealing with him. The only issue I saw with his kit is it will need to be mounted differently if you are running a Diamond EZ Mount plow setup.

I'm really enjoying peace of mind with mine and it looks great even with salt from Bonneville still on it.:thumbsup:

Pretty much why I bought it, peace of mind.

My spare pmd is running fine, but for how long?

The new Heath one will go on and the spare will go back in the glove box as a "just in case" insurance policy.

Having a spare pmd on board has already saved my bacon once...
