Hard start after warm

My 04.5 3500 with a lly mtr has a hard time starting after warmed up.i have run a scan on it the injec. Seem to be fine.the problem i dont understand is the frp reg flow is high @ 6280 & the main fuel is only 8.8. Has this problem been seen befor & what can cause this?
