I have 12 route vans that haven't seen grease in 2o years, all of the zerks/fittings are frozen shut. Should I replace them all of is there a easy fix for this? I though I remember seeing a tool that pops them open.. has anyone used one of them?

I fill my zerk blaster thing with PB Blaster to get lube in there, then pump fresh grease in. Works great.

I would just replace the zerks, but douse them with PB Blaster or the like to loosen them up. They're fragile.

In their fine condition you might also have to clean out behond them while you have them out. I've changed zerks only to have them still not take grease and had to pull them again to clean the crud that was packed behind them
