got the new part cant find the hole.

On the top left front of the injection pump (it will be the top right front when you are looking at it from in front of the truck). It is about the size of a roll of nickles and has a 2 wire harness/connector coming off of it.
 
thank you I found a pic in the library here,but I bought one today and they sold me an impact fule shutoff solenoid ? code 13 =engine shutoff solenoid.I thought it was my pmd but the injector pump rebuilders said with the code its not the pmd but the engine shut off solenoid.??

So, you didn't get the PMD? Did you check your accelerator pedal connections like I suggested?
 
nooo PMD,Ive checked the tps connections a few times to no avail.remember the fuel solenoid fuse had blown a few times.(Im still thinking PMD) I guess I have no chice but to get a new PMD eh.code 13 is throwing me off i guess.
