Dtc 32 and 33, though egr is deleted by a plate under the tower.
Dtc 39, tcc stuck off, even though I can hear and see (rpm) the torque converter unlocking when I tap the brake with my left foot.
Dtc 68 and 85.

Check engine light is pretty much on and off all the time.

If you have not, try clearing the codes, see which reappear - other than that, the codes are not inter-related, so may be in wiring\connectors - the trans harness connects to the main PCM harness back on the firewall behind the fuel manager cannister, as does the engine harness - check for frayed\bare wires, oxidation\corrosion in the connectors, starting with that big connector on the side of the 4L80E
