Are you guys using Google earth? I downloaded the new version, and it has not refreshed in years. They are still showing a house not too far from me, with vehicles in the driveway, that has not been lived in for years.

How do you refresh it? And also, all urban areas are blurry, cannot seem to clear them up. Checked my display settings, and they are good.

Any ideas, or a different one to use?

I don't know for sure but I don't think it has been updated since it's inception.

Last time I looked, which was two years ago, my house still had a vehicle in the driveway that I stopped driving in 1997.

A neighbor also asked me how they take photos that can "see" through the leaves of trees. I told him to check if the evergreens still had their needles on their branches... he called me back excitedly yelling, "They took the photos in winter!"

sat photos are old, they did update my property and it now shows my house and hay bales everywhere, the previous photo just showed right after I mowed the cotton down to start on the foundation

You can not refresh it, they are using satilite photos that were aquired from the goverment. If you buy the Google Earth Edition it will allow you to see more clarity in your photos,
