Ignition switch fried today. Amazingly, it got hot enough to start a very small fire between the contacts. It had been acting up for a few days causing weird glitches when driving and such.


Good news is that my rotating assembly is currently being balanced! The short block should be ready in a few weeks, though I'm getting afraid of the bill after all the changes I've made to my initial plan.
 
Primer...I am seeing an overwhelming lack of pics in your album. *tsk tsk*

There will be pics as soon as I can get started on my engine. I'll show the short block prep and painting when I get it. I have a bunch of fabrication to do at the same time.
