I want to make sure that I got the right one. It's the one from Harbor Freight that says fuel pump and vacuum gauge tester. It cost me $13. It was the only fuel pressure gauge they had.

link dosent work....but i found it on the site. Looks ok for a temp. diagnostic guage. Whats the worst that can happen? You lose $13 bucks. Or just have a vacuum tester.

sorry about that. I just copy and pasted. I was trying to find one that would go into a pod but no luck. I guess I'm going to have to check ebay.

Thats the one I use.... Buy 10' of fuel line for it so you can route it into the cab. Doesn't have to be diesel rated, its just temporary use. Teaches you what non rated hose does....

I go around the intake, by the hood spring, out by the ww wipers, and inside drivers side window, then sit it on my steering column.

Make sure you don't pinch the hose with the hood. If done right, hood closes fine, hose still slides in and out to verify no crimp.

Works good, my old Carter pushed 5 or so, 93 Delco 7, and of course my Walbro project.... When clogup happens, IP actually draws a vacuum of up to 7psi I've seen on mine. I've also learned that if I crack my fuel bleeder after a stall and I hear it HISS, its a vacuum, not pressure released.

I just go 4 psi at the t valve w/ the truck at idle. Is that a good # there. The t valve hose was 6 ft.
