Replaced the Fuel and Return Lines from the Lift Pump to the Tank, now have rusty lines (from 8 years of Plowing and Salting) leaking to the Injection Pump, are these a "Dealer Item" or can I buy them anywhere? My local Chev Dealer got shut down by Obama and now I can't get Dealer parts at "Cost" so I am hoping I can buy these anywhere. Any Suggestions?

Dorman and others make short metal lines with the proper fitting and o-ring as well as a flared and for rubber line connections that you can use for the sending unit and LP with fuel line between.

I think I have already posted the dorman #'s here but not sure.

Here are the papco fitting part#'s that might cross over if you have a decent parts guy:

papco part number 905-352 =3/8*4 inches 16mm nut
papco part number 905-350 =5/16*4 inches 14mm nut

Will these work between the Lift Pump and the Injection Pump or Fuel filter Bowl?

The 3/8 fitting will work for both ends of the LP and the out line from the sending unit, the filter manager if stock has barb type fittings for rubber line and gear clamps.

The 5/16 fitting works for the return line at the sending unit.

IIRC the return and WIF line at the filter manager is 1/4" rubber/neoprene line but I am not positive about the return line?

I have used gmpartseast.com for fuel lines from the lift pump forward. Pricey but direct bolt on parts and better price than the local stealership. I even get better prices from the stealer thru my business and gmpartseast.com is still usually less including shipping. You can also put in your VIN number to be sure you get the correct parts for you rig.
The rear lines are listed as unavailable So for the rear I had a local hose and fitting company cut off the old rusted fittings off of the steel lines and recrimp Good Year rubber fuel hose using hydrualic style crimp rings. Worked slick and cost less than 20bux. I think if you have the correct steel lines you could reconstruct what you need if you have a good local hose supplier.

Thanks for this info, I will check them out!

Ive been using some red multi-fuel hose from NAPA that is bio-diesel compatable as well. Very thick walls and easy to work with, plus it is much easier to change around placement of aux. fuel filters, lift pump etc.
