Found New Back Up Bulbs

Yep, it's just an 3157 Bulb with a bigger Lighting Coil in it.

Although, if some people are having the Hazing Issues with a Regular 3157 running at only 27w, these at 43w might Toast the Lamp in a Day.

Although even running the Halogen 3157's at 35w for a few Months, I didn't have any Hazing at all, back when I was using them.

Mine are hazed pretty bad and the funny thing is, I never run them at all. Too bright and sunny so its a habit now to start the truck, reach over and springload the switch.

I need to clean them out. They sell those bulbs in amber?

Yea, those are Bright. They actually use an H3 Globe Adapted to the 3156 Base. It def. is Bright but IMO, ONLY for Back-Up purposes due to the Heat.
