Flash Off Road

Lots of good info from "Flashoffroad.com"......Especially the 6.5TD engine and the whole cracking/weak/problamatic/coolant loss deal....IIRC, they have been around for a minute or two...

Lots of DIY there. Good site, although the PMD relocation is still inside the hood but the Hummer may be a little bit different. It has larger hood area.
 
Yeah I thought the relocation was weird, but I figured it had something to do with the whole hummer deal...
 
Bill Heath used to sell the cooling enhancement as a 'Balance Flow' system... except his came with all the parts. He doesn't sell it anymore because he says with the HO pump and the right thermostat, you don't need it.

Hummers are a different story, though... and those guys never DID figure out the whole 'mount the PMD out of the heat' thing...

Their FSD relocate kit costs more than Leroy's, isn't as good, and doesn't come with a FSD.

There is some good tech on that site, though ... even if some of it is more related to hummers. Read carefully and sort out the good stuff, like always; even around here.
