So, upon going to bed last night, windows wants to install updates. I'm like sure, why not. Always have in the past.

Well, after getting up this morning to get on the computer. Damn thing won't connect to the internet.

So after me messing with drivers all day and fighting it, I'm finally just going to wipe it clean and install Windows 7.

I'm on my way to Walmart for a 1TB harddrive to back all my stuff up on.. :mad2:

RANT off.

uh-oh. I have no idea what all that computer stuff is. But Im not updating anything ever again

Well, after having to boot from a CD. Windows 7 was a success.

I'll update how I like it after get used to it.

My Vista is a complete piece of sh*t. I've done a clean install twice, numerous backup and restores, they don't always work. I hate it.

Dang, I sound a bit like Ace's rants about Lee's Auto Ranch):h

I've been using W7 since the early Beta's...my little netbooks fly with it.
I never did like Vista and am having a hard time remembering how bad it really was. What I do remember was all the money people had to spend on hardware to make it work...:mad2:

I never had a problem with Vista. Then again all the parts I installed in my computer when I built it didn't have any problem with vista. Vista was only a pain when people didn't have a computer that could handle it. I do love my Windows 7 much more then Vista though lol.

I would have issues of "not responding" with VISTA, so far Win 7 is much better, not perfect but much better than Vista.
