engine harnesse compatibility

Hi all,

do engine harnesses intechange? More precisely, can we use a 1994 S engine harness with a 1998 S engine on the 1998 truck, and vice-versa?

Hi.
I've swapped some of them. Only difference I've found is the later ones have a connector to the power steering valve. The 94 will not have it I assume, the 98 will. Might be other differences too but none I'm aware of?
