97 Chevy K2500, When I bought this truck there were no indicator lights on the switch.

I replaced the switch, everything worked fine for a couple of weeks. Now I have 2 wheel and 4 lo. Will not show indicator light or lock into 4 hi, but will work in 4 lo.

What am I missing, loose wire going to the switch??
