I have an LB7 with 143,000m. I have had the edge on this truck for the last 8000 miles. I run the edge on level 1 and sometimes 3 to achieve the best mileage. I don't two very much, when I do it's a 17ft car trailer that weighs 3500lbs. I noticed recently when the trans is shifting the slip percentage goes all over the place and returns to 0 unless I'm increasing speed or going up a hill. Is the slip percentage something to worry about? What is normal for the Ally? Thanks!

Is it slipping while the "lock" is on?(the little icon next to the gear indicator # in the attitude display that indicates Torque Convertor lockup)

dont mind the slip numbers before in 5th and t/c locked. it is supposed to slip then. once you t/c is locked than it should not slip. if in tow haul it locks in 2nd as apposed to 5th.

^^^ what Vincent said^^^

I haven't had an edge in a while...so I can't recall exactly...you may not have it set in your display ...but the "lock" symbol should appear next to your gear selector(#)if you have the display set to show what gear you are in..

In the gear display pid, bottom right. It will show up in the top right corner of the pid. It will look like a padlock when the TC locks.

Found it! Had to change the display to show the gear. There is 0 % slip during lockup so I guess the trans is in fine shape. I plan on changing the fluid this weekend. Thanks Pepp & GMCYA! :cheers2:
