Duramaxamizer

So I have EFI live for my LBZ and I was just wonderin if would stack with the old PPE Durmaxamizer. I found one pretty cheep, it says it is for an 06 which is an LLY but the only difference in the 06 LLY and 07LBZ is just tuning right? So would this work on my LBZ or not? And does anyone know the gains these produced?

What are you looking for from the Duramaximizer that you aren't getting from EFI?

I can't get switchable tunes, yet with my LBZ and I would like to to be able to switch tunes on the run, and I thought maybe I could cheat it to where I can make Duramaxamizer switch tunes for me but apon further research I don't think it would be possible.

EFI needs to hurry up and make the switchable tune knob available for the LBZ.

There is just 1 Main "Tune" in the Duramaximizer. It just uses a Potentiometer to vary how much extra Fuel it adds. It's a "Fuel Box" that raises the Line Pressure to get more Power.

I was gonna stack the Duramaximizer with my HOT+2 at one time, but then I saw where someone did this already and they made MORE Power without the Duramaximizer because the Fuel System just couldn't keep up. What Fuel Mods. were done, I don't know, it def. didn't have Duel Fuelers, but I would imagine it atleast had a good Lift Pump.
