dually wheel fitment ?

I did a search and couldnt find anything, I know this must have been asked before somewhere. I just got a set of used tires for my 82 dually. They are on 99 Dodge dually wheels now. I measured and it seems the bolt holes are the same, but the Dodge wheel center hole is bigger. Will they fit on the 82 Chevy? Just wanted to find out before I dismount and mount a dozen wheels and tires. I can't test fit one right now because the wheels and the truck are not in the same place yet. I suspect they will fit but I can't remember if it's supposed to be lug-centric or wheel-centric.
