Hello everyone have a good 2010!, My 1995 Suburban 6.5 stalled and gives me a wiring problem between the Shut off Solenoid and the PCM or the Fuse, could you guide me on how to check this? Do I have to remove the intake manifold to reach the FSO cables? The fuse seems Ok , The PMD it's a new Dtech it's the PMD connected to the FSO? Regards, Daniel

Fuel shut off isn't connected to the fuel soleniod driver[fsd, pmd].Check for voltage at the connector with ignition on. You should hear a definite click from it when the ignition is turned on.

Make sure the fuse terminals are clean, I use emory cloth to shine them up. I've had my truck stall because of a bad connection at the fuse.

The FSD and FSO run off same 12V ignition source and Fuse.

If you check the harness of the FSO solenoid, there should be 12V on it with the ignition on. Getting the harness unclipped is not so bad without removing anything. Getting it plugged back in is tricky with fat fingers like mine. You can just poke through the insulation of the wire with it all plugged in. If you have power there and still have DTC13 then you can unplug FSO, spin it off, pull snap ring off and pull the plunger out, screw body of FSO back in. When you can get another you can install it later.
