The truck is doing the whole start and die bit, so I pulled the codes but apparently I'm a dumbass and cant count.. lol B/C every time I try to count them I get something different... I thought it was the PMD, but It's got a new one from Pensacola w/ a PMD Cable relocation kit..

So I used my cell to tape the readout..
 
Sorry, looks like I'm having problems getting it to upload.. What does the ending cycle look like???
 
Code 12 doesn't show up on some trucks when other codes are present so don't worry if you don't see it. Just in case, code 12 means everything is good, it's not a trouble code.
 
Those may not be current. Clear them and try strating the truck again. There is a clearing procedure with the pedals.

You cant have it start if both the CPS and OS are not working. So at least one of those codes are bogus if it is starting. A lot of times there is nothing wrong with either and some air is getting in the fuel lines.

You need to think if you messed with anything fuel related recently, like is filter cover actually seated correctly, or have you checked lift pump pressure lately?
 
Cleared the previus codes.. and rechecked Looks to me like the same codes...



It does start but its a hard start, (took holding down the peddle) and it lets out a cloud of white smoke.. and will not run for long....
