Ok guys, i need some help. I bought a used pmd, cooler, and harness from a guy on the other place. Well long story short, now I have a no start condition which I believe is from something with the harness. I have been using a heath unit from my other truck with no problems. The homemade harness uses the grey 4-wire plug behind the pmd plug and then is hard wired into the black and red wires into the pump. What I am looking for is if someone can tell me what to test the 6 wires to the pmd for (as in voltage, ground, ign ect.) I have a list on my computer at work, but i cant for the life of me remember what they were.

Thanks
Nick

Just wanted to say thanks again. Tested all the leads and found that the guy had two leads reversed. Dont know how the hell he was using the harness, but a quick re-wire solved the problem. I now have this printed out and in my files :D

Glad it helped. It is good info, just be aware that the PCM pins in my chart are for OBD1, so they wont match up with OBD2 PCM pins. The pins and signals on the PMD and IP harnesses are the same.
