Luck shines on me. I failed in my attempt to remove the barn door, so I went back out today armed with my son's brand new battery powered Dewalt Sawsall. Today and tomorrow all doors 1/2 off, or $28.71 each including tax. So I went to town and got 4 doors; 3 for my son who dented up his passenger side while 4 wheeling in snow and ice. To remove the passenger doors, I just knocked out the pins. I used the saw on the body side hinge of the barn door:

If not how much would you charge to ship me one or 2?

I found 2 that looked to be rust free at a local yard, last Sunday. But when I raised the little rubber flap at the bottom to check the seem at the bottom of the door, I saw brown.

A little oil sprayed around strategically works wonders on preventing rust. I squirt oil every time I'm around a vehicle. Hitting the bottoms of the doors and inside them is a priority.

I use Power Lube, Marvel, WD-40 or any kind of synthetic. I always try to be careful when purchasing lubes to look for plastic/paint safe stuff. I hardly ever use PB Blaster or similar products anymore.

I'd guess that the shipping would be substantially more than what I paid for the doors. For starters. I'd have to come up with a box to fit the thing. UPS would ship, but they ain't cheap.

The doors I found on my searches were listed for between $150 and $300. The local doors were about $45 but had some rust.

Shipping would probably be cheaper than me driving out to pick them up. LOL
