Went to pick up the floor tile I had ordered for my house yesterday afternoon- 25 cases of 16X16 porcelain tile, right at 400ft2. Holy $^*@# that stuff is heavy!!! :eek6: The dude helping me load it, more like handing it to me off a pallet while I load it says they're 45-50# per case. I don't think so. The allmighty bathroom scale says 72# per case.

Anyhow, we're finishing up when an older couple with a Volvo start talking to me on the loading dock... he had 10 cases of 12X12's for his entry way and offered $50 if I would take it to his house which happened to be a couple of miles from mine. Sure thing! So, my truck had the pleasure of hauling what I figure was in the neighborhood of 2200# of tile, some for profit.
