Here are pictures and labels of the parts to make your own injector return lines.
Bottom fitting takes a hose from each injector bank and connects them to a 1/4 inch hose. # RT-3-3-4
Next fitting connects that and the pump 1/4 inch return to another 1/4 inch hose.
# TUBJ-14-BN
Last takes the 1/4 inch up to the 5/16 return line size. # UCBJ-51614-BN
