OK Here goes another poll. I got a guy willing to pay 6K for the 2000 GMC. At first I am thinking nice to put the money back in the bank I used to buy the Dodge , but then looking around on eBay etc. it's going to cost a min of 2K to put a plow on the Dodge not to mention I took a cruise in the woods last week and it is some rough terrrian in there. As I heard sticks and branches bouncing off the side of the 2000 I was thinking "no Way am I taking that shiny new Dodge in here" so I will have to buy another beater anyway.

Get an old military CUCV, they take a beating and keep on running. You can find them for cheap if you look around. Way less than what you are asking for the 2000 GMC.

Wish you luck!

Its just like going to the drive trough car wash, branches keep the dirt off. you get used to the scratches. It keeps the bottom shiny too:D

update. I renegoited the deal. 5500$ for the GMC/no plow. I can retro the plow to the Dodge or CUCV for about 500$.

If that is the case I say go for it. If anything you can get an old beater for $1500 and put the plow on it for winter time.

The plot thickens, I found a 1998 Dodge with full Minute mount setup for 3500$. It's a gasser but there's my plow. I could take it off and probably still get 2500$ for the truck.
