Ok first, Diamond eye calls this the turbo back (but its actually from the downpipe back). I knew this before I ordered it.
I installed it tonight (ordered from Treasure Valley Diesel) and love it.
I had an mbrp 5" straight pipe exiting in front of the rear wheel on my last truck and while I loved it, I did have annoying drone in the cab around 1500 rpms (especially with 8k lb trailer in tow).
Now I installed it per the instructions and it exits in the factory location.
Still noticeable, but seems quieter in the cab. there is also more pipe on this one than the old truck as this one if a CC/LB, last truck was a CC/SB.
Under 2100 RPM's it is virtually silent (un-noticebale at least in the cab with windows up)
Also at highway speeds 60-70Mph it sounds just as quiet as the stock exhaust. but outside is a different story. At times you have to get on it to remind you its there. but overall I have loved the 5" straight pipe exhaust.
Let me know if you have any questions. I'll try to get a few pics if anyone's interested.
