hey all,

I am thinking I need to do something with my broken DB2831-4911 IP. if you dont remember, I bought it online off ebay and the guy didnt pack it worth a crap, and it showed up with a broken mounting flange.

I found some humvee core housings on ebay.

Since they are both D2-831's, is there a chance of being able to have a pump shop put all the guts of the broken 4911 into this one, or is there some key details I am missing?

any input appreciated,
thanks!

No, the cases AFAIK are all the same, except I remember reading the some of the 2831 cases were beefed up to stop flexing? But if the case is good, swap away, just remember to mark, take notes anything that needs adjusting. I bought a few 6.5 pumps from him too for cores to build.
