Crank but wont start, Troubleshoot the most? Get Fuel to IP but not to injectors

Demographics: tell us about your truck and your ambient conditions:

- Year: 1994______
- Truck model and class (ie: c2500) Suburban 2500
- Automatic or Standard Aut
- Mileage: (indicate miles or km) 37.000km
- Replaced parts and mods (IP, PMD, chip/PCM, TM, injectors etc) IP 17.000km PMD Electric fuelpump
- Model: ‘S’ or ‘F’ engine, NA or Turbo, EGR? 6.5 Turbo EGR
- Ambient outside temp: (indicate *C or *F) 0-10C
- What fuel are you using? (#1 Diesel, #2 Diesel, Bio, VO, WVO, etc) It´s called City Diesel cleaner

History: (Describe how the problem first appeared.)
- What were you doing when it happened? Filling diesel, first it stopped when in idle, start again, turn off refueled strt and go about 500 meters then dead.
- How was the truck running fine before this problem appeared? ok some short shutdown 0,5 sec when driving 1-2 times week
- Has this problem ever happened before? not for me.
- Describe any related factors that might be part of the problem. ______________
- Have you checked for DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes)? (Y.N) Y And? was before the garge said it,s was IP and PCM then stand several months now, no dtc


Diagnostics:

1] Starting:
1a] Does the engine start? no
1b] Does the engine crank over? yes
1c] Are your batteries fully charged? yes
1d] Have you removed, cleaned, and tightened all battery connections? yes
1e] Does your Wait to Start light come on for a time? How long? no?
1f] Does your glow plug light come on? yes For how long? 4-5 sec
1g] Do you see smoke from the exhaust while cranking? What color? no
1h] Does the Service Engine Light Glow during Start/bulb check? yes

2] Fuel Issues (if not running):
2a] Can you hear your lift pump working? yes new
2b] Do you get a steady flow of fuel from the water drain (T-handle) ? yes
2c] Loosen the inlet line from the IP – is fuel coming out (Lift Pump on)? yes
2d] Loosen an injector line and crank the engine - does fuel come out? no
2e] Do you hear a vacuum (hiss) when you remove the fuel cap? no ther is made a hole in the cap?

3] PMD / IP Issues
3a] Location of PMD (on pump, on intake, remote mounted) remote

List and describe any other factors which are not addressed in this checklist. We can’t see, hear, smell, or touch your truck, so the more descriptive information you can give, the more likely it is that somebody can assist you.

Check PMD, PCM but used same proom, Check stop solenoid, water, air and change fuel and IP are changed. I am almost sure that it is something electrical because the short stop before 0.5 sec approximately, when running. Read that it could be the EGR valve, wastegate control and transmission solenoid They Are on the same quad driver circuit? How to test C-time and injection pulse?

check your fuses but it sure sounds like a PMD

I have 2 PMD, there was an extra in the car, but no resitor in Standyne bullentine. check through the car it has a history of electricity failure. lots of extra fuses and stuff, and the hole in the cap surely someone's brain that has been working o it is vacuum in the tank it's wrong. I will check ground fault, have a sense that it got worse after I stood in t salt water up to the doors. I did that and it was off and the connector to the sensor located on the back of the engine under the manifold, have changed but now I have DTC code 18.
 
Ok may be that. The resitorn to be seated in the connector according to Stanadyne, it is on other models of PMD?

As I said, I found a ground fault, changed the cable but no result and DTC 18 then i think it may not make contact anyway? so I took a wire to the grounding point rear engine passenger side and it started! I make a new thread on this error it´s easy to chek. But new errors, of course, smoking and going badly and DTCs 49, 59, 69 somthing about circut and TCC
