Trying to flush out the rusty water. I have drained and refilled half a dozen times and don't think I am making much progress. Looking for a way to get it done and to stop fooling with it.

Maybe just take it somewhere and pay to have it done?

block off the radiator and heater core and use some muratic acid. It will eat aluminum so be careful
