Any resistor will work. Very slight difference with a #9

Use #5 to #9 resistor, whatever you can get.
Number lower than #5 will not be as good or actually tells the IP to reduce the flow rate.
There is a very low differences between #5 and #9, at least nothing you can feel.

Also, the connector to the PMD is slightly different between the Grey and Black.
So be careful when you buy an extension.
Although, you can always modify the connector to remove the notches.

Ok the IP is installed. Tell me pls how to connect fuel solenoid? Where is red and where is black?
